This website should always show our best prices.  If you find us cheaper elsewhere for the same dates and number of guests, then please get in touch and we will beat that price by 5%.

Discounts for longer stays

We offer discounts for stays of 5 nights or more.  For 7 nights the discount is automatically applied.  If you choose 5 or 6 nights, it's 15% off the price shown (excluding peak summer dates, Christmas and New Year). 

General information

All booking requests made on this site will be confirmed within 24 hours. A deposit of 50% is required, with the final balance being due 30 days before your arrival date.  We will confirm the total due and balance remaining, taking discounts into account, when we confirm your booking.

Please note that The Stables and Cedar Place are non-smoking and we are unable to accept pets.  Check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is anytime up to 10am. Please read our property policies before booking.
