If your stay is prevented by the Government imposing nationwide restrictions on overnight stays or restrictions that prevent us from opening our properties to general guests (such as those in the Covid-19 pandemic) then we will contact you as soon as possible after these are announced and offer a full refund (minus any payment charges incurred) for all nights where the restrictions apply.
In all other circumstances, if you have to cancel your booking with us you will receive a full refund (minus any payment charges incurred) if you cancel up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the check-in date. Unfortunately, any cancellations within 2 weeks of check-in will not qualify for any refunds. We therefore strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you if a late cancellation becomes necessary.
We will not cancel your booking except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
