Cedar Place has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that can seat up to 8 guests, so your team can make their own meals and save on the costs of having to eat out. As well as the essentials you'd expect such as a kettle, cooker, hob and microwave, there's also a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer and iron- so doing the laundry after a messy job is no problem! We provide kitchen basics to get started including dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soap, washing up liquid etc. so your team don't have to worry. There's a washing line in the fully enclosed garden, which also contains a garden shelter and plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing after a hard day's work.

High speed, reliable WiFi is provided free of charge throughout the house, with a booster ensuring a good signal wherever you are. There's a desk and chair in the single bedroom if you need a quiet place to work.

The large private driveway easily accommodates 3 cars or 2 vans and it's covered by CCTV for peace of mind and security. There's an EV charger too if needed (pay as you go).

Rest assured that the house is fully compliant with all current health and safety legislation including, gas, fire and electrical safety and we keep up to date with latest best practice too.

The town centre is a lovely 15 minute stroll away with a choice of pubs and dining options if required and the local supermarket is close by too.
